Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, execution and completion of all construction and renovation projects.
  • Prepare tender documents, review and analyze submission, drawings and technical specifications for the engagement of consultancy services and contractor works.
  • Liaise with government departments and ensure all required submissions are completed and submitted by the deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to legal, safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage critical coordination among consultants, contractors and stakeholders, governmental authorities, senior management, partners and inter-departmental teams; and serve as the central point of contact for the projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, identify variances and implement corrective and remedial actions.
  • Perform feasibility studies and facilitate funding applications for all new ad-hoc projects.
  • Implement best practices in project controls, cost management and reporting; and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in project management, with proven experience in managing new build projects and/or renovation projects.
  • Degree holder in Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, Construction Project Management, or related disciplines.
  • Extensive experience in site coordination, manufacturing oversight, site supervision, contract administration and claims management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit) for design review.
  • Possess strong analytical, communication, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
