Responsibilities:
- Manage various fundraising activities, formulate and draft programme plans, budgets, sponsorship proposal, publicity plans, meeting documents for different events, and follow up for implementation and actions review.
- Explore sponsorship opportunities, solicit potential sponsors for supporting our fundraising activities.
- Formulate and implement marketing and communication strategies to maximise revenue and participation for each individual event and manage sponsorship deliverables as required.
- Supervise direct reports in planning, budgeting, production and logistics management of each individual event.
- Coordinate external communication and liaison work with stakeholders, including Board of Directors, government departments, donors, etc.
Requirement:
- A Hong Kong recognized degree or above, major in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline.
- 10 years or above solid experience in event management, fundraising, marketing, and minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
- Experience in the NGO field is preferable, familiar with family foundation and key donor network will be definitely advantage.
- Strong result-orientation and leadership skills for effective management of fundraising programs.
- Outgoing and proactive personality with strong communication abilities, well-organised, self-motived, able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
