Responsibilities:
- Assist fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives
- Provide administrative and operational support to the fundraising team
- Support the cultivation and maintenance of relationships with donors, sponsors and community partners
- Support event planning, contribute to the overall effectiveness of fundraising initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Multi-Media or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the field of event management, fundraising, promotion, etc. is preferable
- Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required
- Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic
- Proactive, well-organised, good team player and able to work under pressure
