Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure regular and consistent reporting to the management in a timely manner
- Execute digital marketing by independently producing content to meet departmental KPIs
- Take the initiative to contact various social media and invite journalists to publish organizational news
- Assist in responding to social media inquiries
- Responsible for coordinating the editing work of organization annual report and others promotion printed materials
- Responsible for internal and external promotion by managing social media platforms
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Social Media or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the field of corporate communications, promotion, branding ,publishing and editing
- At least 2-3 years of experience with hands-on tech. knowledge in content marketing and production on social media platforms
- Take pride in detail-oriented communication and trilingualism of English, Cantonese and Mandarin in both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skill to deal with different stakeholders in a pleasant manner
