Responsibilities:
- To set up a social enterprise to provide amenity services in transitional housing projects, e.g. canteen, supermarket etc.
- To work closely with the operations teams of transitional housing projects operated by Pok Oi Hospital (POH) to manage and monitor projects’ financial performance. Currently there are two transitional housing projects, i.e. Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village (博愛江夏圍村) and Pok Oi Sing Ping Village (博愛昇平村), providing a total of 2,599 transitional housing units for the eligible applicants.
- To carry out administrative duties for projects managed under Organisation Development Department.
- To establish and implement controls and measures to monitor overall project performance.
- To prepare bidding proposal and funding application for new projects.
Requirements:
- A recognized Bachelor degree or above in Business related fields.
- At least 5 years’ proven track record in managing the operations of projects (a must).
- Possess the experience in the operations of social enterprise is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, strong analytical mind, well organized and self-motivated.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
