Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relations with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure regular and consistent reporting to the management in a timely manner
• Formulate and execute corporate communication strategies, initiatives and campaigns to promote the image of organization effectively
• Serves as the primary contact point for the Board Directors, the Chairman’s corporate and POH to ensure smooth functioning of activities in multiple lines of business initiatives
• Responsible for contacting and seeking cooperation opportunities  or sponsorship from external parties
• Assist in formulating event financial budget and report

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the field of corporate communications, fundraising, and event management
• At least 2-3 years of experience with hands-on tech. knowledge in content marketing and production on social media platforms
• Take pride in detail-oriented communication and trilingualism of English, Cantonese and Mandarin in both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal skill to deal with different stakeholders in a pleasant manner
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Corporate Communications and Fundraising Officer
