Responsibilities:

  • Assist Chief Executive Officer and Project Controller to coordinate overall development plan of the largest residential care home in Hong Kong, and the allocation of furniture and hardware equipment required for operation;
  • Assist Project Controller in coordinating the work of relevant committees;
  • Formulate overall operational plan, policies and guidelines that meet the requirements of Social Welfare Department, including financial budgets, manpower planning, service quality standards, IT management systems, publicity and promotion, etc.;
  • Assist in administrative approval work required for the establishment of new residential care home, coordinate with different internal departments, and follow up on the approval procedures required by Social Welfare Department and other statutory bodies;
  • Liaise with relevant departments, external community organizations and groups, promote the latest residential care home and establish a high-quality service image;
  • Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • Holder of social worker/ nursing/ management /finance/ degree from domestic recognized institutions.
  • 15 years or above of experience in preparing and managing large-scale projects, with priority given to those with NGO or residential care home administrative management experience.
  • Familiar with Social Welfare Department policies and Government Department administrative approval procedures.
  • Responsible, with leadership skills, good interpersonal relationships, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent written Chinese and English, fluent in Cantonese and English.
