Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operation, logistic supply as well as procurement services of the Administration Department of YLDHC
- Support the marketing platforms for promotional/publicity activities and community engagement
- Provide executive support to related committees, working groups and meetings
- Collate statistical data and compile relevant monthly and annual reports
- Need to work on flexible hours and public holidays, if required
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- A Hong Kong recognized degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative work experience with exposure in the marketing field will be an advantage
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Competent skills in use of IT applications
The appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract basis.
