Responsibilities:
- Handle the administrative tasks of the project
- Prepare questionnaires and evaluation forms, and analyze the effectiveness of the program
- Communicate with affiliated schools, assist with speaker invitations, quotation procurement, and preparation of materials
- Communicate with local volunteer groups or non-profit organizations to assist in arranging community service activities
- Contract will be ended on 12/2026
Requirements:
- Degree or above in related disciplines
- 1 year or above relevant experience in organizing student activities
- Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required
- Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic
- Proactive, well-organised, good team player and able to work under pressure
