<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">九龍城民政事務專員蔣志豪先生, JP 於致辭時表示，歡迎博愛醫院董事局成員到訪，並對博愛在全港各區提供的多元化社會服務有進一步了解。蔣專員亦提及博愛醫院於九龍城區的服務範疇廣泛，涵蓋醫療、教育及簡約公屋等，貢獻良多，並期望雙方未來能在青少年發展、中醫服務及中醫戒煙等服務上開拓更多合作空間。隨着啟德世運道第2A及2B期「簡約公屋」項目陸續入伙，區內將迎來為數不少的新居民，蔣專員寄望博愛能透過各項完善的社區服務，切實提升居民的幸福感，助他們融入社區生活。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院丙午年董事局陳國基主席致辭時表示，在今年多項核心工作中，其中部分與九龍城區息息相關。在基層房屋方面，博愛醫院與創毅物業服務顧問有限公司以聯營模式，營運坐落於九龍城區的啟德世運道第2A及2B期「簡約公屋」項目，早前居民已於六月底陸續入伙。除硬件配套外，博愛醫院更於村內設立「博愛社區中心」，提供幼兒照顧、課餘託管、職志發展、親子家庭活動、長者支援及社區共融等多元化服務，全面照顧不同年齡層居民的需要。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">陳主席亦提及，博愛醫院其中一間「中醫教研中心」座落於何文田愛民邨，提供普通科、針灸及骨傷科治療；而博愛中醫流動醫療車亦一直穿梭九龍城社區，為街坊提供內科、針灸及配藥服務，將中醫診療帶到最前線。陳主席期望，透過簡約公屋項目及博愛中醫服務，以安居與健康守護九龍城區市民，建設和諧共融的社區。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">陳主席又向九龍城民政事務處分享今年重點工作，包括推行年度禁毒計劃，以生活化方式將禁毒訊息帶入社區，引導青少年遠離誘惑；跨境安老方面，與東莞洪梅醫院護理院合作，已獲社署納入「廣東院舍照顧服務計劃」，為有意返內地養老的長者，提供優質的安老選擇。中醫服務方面，則透過地區康健中心及社區藥房等單位，推動「治未病」預防醫療，並全力推動中醫戒煙服務標準化，落實《針灸戒煙臨床實踐指南（香港版）》，守護社區健康。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">在交流環節上，博愛代表亦向蔣志豪專員提出多項可攜手推動的重點服務建議，包括中醫戒煙服務、長者白內障手術資助「悅目計劃」、青少年發展項目等等。蔣專員期望日後能就這些議題與博愛醫院持續交流合作，共同回應社區需要。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院一向關注社區安全與基層福祉，而消防安全和應急救援更是社區穩健運作的重要基石。為此，博愛醫院丙午年董事局主席陳國基博士, MH, JP率領董事局成員，於2026年7月9日（星期四）拜訪香港消防處，與消防處處長楊恩健先生, FSDSM、助理處長（救護）郭健民先生、助理處長（新界北）鄧榮華先生、助理處長（機構策略）（署理）趙汝珏先生, FSMSM、副消防總長（行動支援及專業發展）黃思律先生, FSMSM，以及一眾官員會面，並參觀消防及救護學院。雙方就應急救援策略、防災意識社區推廣等範疇深入交流，並實地考察學院的訓練設施，了解消防處的日常工作以及發展歷程。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">拜訪期間，博愛醫院董事局成員獲安排參觀學院內多項世界級仿真消防及救護訓練設施。隨後更實地觀摩室內煙火特性訓練中心演練示範。此外，學院亦設高空拯救、消防應變救援隊、危害物質處理等多項裝備工具展示環節，讓董事局成員全面了解前線人員的實務運作，以及消防處在應急救援、歷史沿革及現代化裝備應用的發展歷程。董事局成員對學院專業和嚴謹的防災救災培訓體系，以及高度擬真的實境訓練場地表示深切讚賞。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">消防處多年來一直支持博愛醫院的社會服務工作，消防處義工隊更多次參與本院舉辦的大型籌募活動，包括「博愛慈善跑」及「博愛單車百萬行」，並於活動現場為參加者提供支援。博愛醫院衷心感謝消防處的專業支援，並期望日後與處方在社區防災應急推廣方面開拓更多合作空間，增強基層社群的安全意識。未來，本院將持續與消防處深化夥伴關係，共同建構更穩固的社區支援網絡，為市民提供更強韌的安全保障。</p>

立法會與香港六大慈善機構周年茶聚 博愛醫院將繼續以專業守護社區及行動延續博愛 (Chinese Version Only)

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院扎根元朗107載，一直心繫地區的社福發展，並與元朗民政事務處保持緊密的溝通與協作。為進一步地區工作與發展，博愛醫院丙午年董事局陳國基主席與一眾董事局成員於2026年5月22日（星期五）拜訪元朗民政事務處，與元朗民政事務專員馬富威先生, JP、元朗民政事務助理專員(2) 曾進先生及一眾代表會面，就未來地區工作及社會服務進行深入交流，攜手推動社區健康持續發展。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">元朗民政事務專員馬富威先生, JP讚揚博愛醫院對元朗地區的貢獻，肯定董事局成員不僅積極投身地區事務，更擔當不同地區崗位，將民意化為切實行動，推動及落實地區工作。一直以來，博愛醫院與民政處並肩同行，攜手推動社會服務、青年發展及地區盛事，點滴成果。展望未來，雙方將繼續保持緊密夥伴關係，互相支持，建立更富活力、滿載關愛及凝聚力的元朗社區。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院丙午年董事局陳國基主席致辭時表示，感謝元朗民政事務處一直以來在多方面支持博愛醫院的工作與發展，並給予寶貴意見，使本院得以持續優化各項服務，為有需要人士提供適切而到位的支援。其中在青少年發展方面，博愛兩大青年盛事，包括「城市運動嘉年華暨花式滑板比賽」及「博愛好聲音青少年歌唱比賽」，實在有賴民政事務總署的贊助及元朗民政事務處合辦活動，為年輕人搭建一個展現才華的舞台。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院一直致力「守護社區健康」，回應社區需要，持續優化元朗地區康健中心、社區藥房及中醫等服務，透過多元健康支援，提升市民對健康管理的認識及能力。博愛亦將配合政府「治未病」的醫療策略，推動更具針對性及預防性的地區健康計劃，助力香港整體醫療發展藍圖的落實。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">陳主席亦向元朗民政事務處匯報今年重點工作。博愛醫院的中醫服務將繼續透過診所及醫療車團隊擴大服務網絡，讓更有需要的社區人士更易獲得適切服務，並構建「醫、教、研」三位一體的協同體系，以臨床服務為基礎、以教育培訓作支撐，進一步加強中西醫協作。與此同時，今年亦將推動中醫戒煙服務的標準化及國際化，透過落實《針灸戒煙臨床實踐指南（香港版）》，將相關指引延伸至大灣區，強化健康支援的專業性與可持續性。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">此外，博愛醫院關注毒品正透過網絡及同儕圈快速滲入青少年群體。因應青少年及基層人士的需要，以「推廣正向教育，宣導禁毒訊息」為核心，推出年度禁毒計劃，用生活化同參與式的方法，將禁毒訊息帶入社區每個角落，引導年輕一代遠離誘惑，擁抱健康正向嘅人生。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">過去一年，無論是新的社會服務項目或籌募推展工作，均獲元朗民政事務處的支持。展望未來，博愛醫院將繼續深化與元朗民政事務處的合作，攜手推動社區共融及健康發展，讓市民擁抱更融洽、更健康的生活，共同為活力元朗注入更強的社區凝聚力。</p>

博愛醫院董事局拜訪元朗民政事務處   共建關懷社區 攜手推動社區發展 (Chinese Version Only)

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院持續深化「政府、商界、社會服務界」三方協作模式，積極將其應用於各類社會服務及大型籌款活動之中，務求充分發揮協同效應，擴大社會影響力。博愛醫院乙巳年董事局在黃曉君主席率領下，於2026年1月20日（星期二）首次拜訪商務及經濟發展局，與局長丘應樺先生，JP 等官員會面交流，就博愛醫院的最新發展，以及如何進一步發揮「政、商、社」協作，共同推動本港社會服務創新、商務與經濟發展，深入交換意見。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">黃曉君主席於會上表示，博愛醫院近年積極拓展的「政、商、社」協作，期望透過結合政府的政策引導，商界的資源投入，以及社會機構的專業社會服務，能創造出最大的協同效應，使社會服務更具效益並可持續發展。黃主席舉例，「深水埗東社區客廳」在特區政府帶領及招商局集團贊助下，由博愛醫院營運項目，自去年六月啟用以來，在七個月內已為區內劏房戶提供超過五萬人次的服務，提供舒適共享空間及多元化生活支援，有效紓緩基層家庭的生活壓力。另一例子為預計於2027年首季投入服務的「屯門藍地長者護理及護養安老院舍項目」，獲李兆基基金及恒基兆業集團大力支持，加上獲得社會福利署奬券基金撥款，項目將提供超過1,400個宿位，並創新融合智慧科技與專業醫護服務，致力打造成為「智慧院舍」。以上這些都是惠及民生的項目，結合各方力量，為社會及有需要人士帶來莫大裨益。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">商務及經濟發展局局長丘應樺先生，JP對博愛醫院長期全面支持政府政策予以肯定。他表示發展「銀髮經濟」既能回應人口老化挑戰，亦具經濟發展潛力，期望博愛醫院未來繼續配合施政方向，攜手推動惠及經濟、民生發展的項目。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">此外，本院也支持「銀髮經濟」發展，將憑藉在長者服務方面的深厚基礎，積極配合「銀色消費」及「銀色品質保證」等方向，引入更多科技與創新方案，提升長者的生活質素。展望未來，博愛醫院將繼續與政府及商界保持協作，積極拓展社區服務，推動社會福祉與產業發展，助力建設更美好香港。</p>

博愛醫院乙巳年董事局拜訪商務及經濟發展局 分享「政、商、社」協作 (Chinese Version Only)

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院乙巳年董事局在黃曉君主席率領下，於2026年1月16日（星期五）首次拜訪環境及生態局，與環境及生態局局長謝展寰先生, BBS, JP等官員會面交流。雙方就博愛醫院的服務發展與規劃如何融入環保設施，為共建綠色香港交換意見。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院董事局黃曉君主席表示，健康的社區與美好環境息息相關。她期望將環保與綠色發展理念，貫徹於醫院的各項服務及未來項目中，攜手應對氣候變化，共建綠色社區而努力。黃主席指在減廢方面，博愛醫院全力支持政府實現「零廢堆填」的長遠目標，並積極付諸行動。醫院已推動電動車配套設施發展，本院首部「中醫外展電動車」及「牙科外展電動車」已於去年十二月正式投入服務。此外，本院也計劃在過渡性房屋項目及即將落成的簡約公屋項目中，引入更多環保設備，例如智能廚餘回收系統，並透過智慧監測技術，提升社區環保管理效能，協助居民培養綠色生活習慣。此外，將於2027年首季投入服務、全港最大型的「屯門藍地長者護理及護養安老院舍項目」將積極引入人工智能、物聯網及機械人技術，打造結合智慧照護與節能管理的「智慧院舍」。</p>

博愛醫院乙巳年董事局拜訪環境及生態局 深化交流環保與綠色社區協作發展 (Chinese Version Only)

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院多年來積極配合政府基層房屋政策，自首個過渡性房屋項目「博愛江夏圍村」至打鼓嶺「博愛昇平村」，以及成功申辦的柴灣常安街簡約公屋項目，在規劃及營運層面均與房屋局及房屋署保持緊密合作，為基層家庭提供安居支援。博愛醫院董事局黃曉君主席率領董事局成員於2025年11月26日（星期三）拜訪房屋局及房屋署，就基層住屋政策、簡約公屋項目、過渡性房屋營運以及惠民的社會服務等議題展開深入討論，並回顧過往合作成果。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">會上，黃曉君主席感謝房屋局及房屋署長期信任與支持，讓博愛能發揮專業優勢，在多個基層房屋項目中參與營運，除了為基層家庭提供安穩居所，同時融入不同的社區服務，支援居民家庭需要、青少年發展及長者關懷，致力把基層住屋發展為關愛共融的社區模式。她又提到，博愛以醫療為本業，積極拓展基層醫療服務，目前設有37部中醫流動醫療車及逾200個服務點，並感謝房屋署多年來提供特惠租金及場地支援，讓服務能更深入屋邨、惠及長者及基層市民。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">房屋局何永賢局長，JP於交流中對博愛醫院多年來支持及配合政府政策方向表示認同，稱博愛醫院是房屋局及房屋署重要且長期的合作夥伴，在現時營運的過渡性房屋，以及社會支援服務方面皆作出重要貢獻。她回顧當年與博愛共同推進昇平村項目的經歷仿如昨天，親眼見證博愛團隊竭盡所能、無懼挑戰提升入住率，深感欣慰。何局長並鼓勵博愛善用過往寶貴經驗，全力推動即將開展的柴灣常安街簡約公屋項目。她最後表示，期望房屋局日後繼續與博愛擴展流動醫療服務至更多屋邨，為市民提供更便捷的基層醫療支援。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院一向積極發展及重視教育服務，本院及歷屆總理聯誼會屬校設有多間幼稚園及中、小學校，為與教育局保持緊密聯繫與良好溝通，博愛醫院己年董事局於2025年11月10日拜訪教育局，與教育局局長蔡若蓮博士, JP、副局長施俊輝博士,JP，以及首席教育主任 (教育統籌委員會及策劃) 何慕琪女士會面，就教育服務發展、STEAM創科教育、學生精神健康、生涯規劃，以及應對出生率下降與資源分配等議題，進行深入交流。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">會議上，教育局局長蔡若蓮博士, JP對博愛屬校在推動STEAM創科教育、國家安全教育、文化傳承及學生全人發展等方面所作的努力予以充分肯定。她指出，在科技迅速發展的時代，培養學生在創科編程、解難能力及STEAM創科教育等方面的能力尤為重要。此外，蔡局長亦回應了社會關注的出生率下降及資源分配等議題，強調政府將持續投放資源，支持教師專業發展，以提升教育質素並促進資源有效運用。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">隨着博愛醫院各項社會服務持續拓展，積極加強與政府部門的聯繫，推動相互交流，共同促進社會福祉，博愛醫院乙巳年董事局黃曉君主席率領董事局成員，於2025年11月4日（星期二）拜訪民政及青年事務局、民政事務總署及元朗民政事務處，與麥美娟局長、杜潔麗署長及胡天祐專員會面，就青年發展、社區共融及社會服務等議題深入交流。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院乙巳年董事局黃曉君主席衷心感謝民政及青年事務局、民政事務總署及元朗民政事務處一直以來的支持，並強調將貫徹「曉以大愛，君心同行」的理念，落實於社區服務及發展。在青年發展與社區共融層面，博愛醫院積極推動多元化的青少年服務與活動，鼓勵青年培養正向價值，建立歸屬感與社會責任。近年本院透過「社區參與計劃」等資助，推行多項地區及青年計劃，包括「博愛好聲音」青少年歌唱比賽及「城市運動嘉年華暨花式滑板比賽」，為年輕人提供發揮潛能與自我成長的平台，並舉辦各類文化及體育體驗活動，推廣健康生活及鼓勵參與社區。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">黃曉君主席亦藉此機會向一眾官員匯報博愛醫院近期的工作成果，並聽取寶貴指導和意見，探討如何進一步完善地區服務及回應市民所需。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院向來重視公民教育與社區參與，為配合12月7日舉行的立法會換屆選舉，本院透過屬下不同的社會服務單位、安老院舍及青年中心等宣傳選舉資訊，董事局成員並聯同服務單位員工與義工，共逾二百人拍攝宣傳短片，呼籲合資格的市民踴躍投票，履行公民責任。本院亦將於投票日提供利便措施與安排，讓員工及服務使用者於當天參與投票。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">警民關係向來密不可分，博愛醫院積極關注各項社會議題，如防騙教育、長者安全等，透過與警務處緊密合作，推動社區參與及公眾教育。為增進與香港警務處的聯繫及交流，博愛醫院乙巳年董事局於2025年10月28日（星期二）拜訪香港警務處（下稱警務處），與警務處處長周一鳴先生,PMSM、警務處副處長(管理) 陳俊燊先生,PDSM,PMSM及一眾警官會面，加強彼此溝通及推動跨合作，共同建設安全、和諧、關愛的社區環境。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">在智慧科技迅速發展的當下，博愛醫院各項善業服務亦積極順應此趨勢，持續推進創新。博愛醫院乙巳年董事局於2025年10月21日（星期二）拜訪機電工程署，與機電工程署署長暨機電工程營運基金總經理潘國英先生, JP、機電工程署副署長/營運服務周厚強先生, JP及一眾署方領導會面，了解機電工程署的最新發展、科技應用及建設，並就優化醫院及安老院舍設備，以及引入智能系統等議題交流意見。機電工程署亦安排了參觀環節，帶領博愛董事局成員參觀機電創科專區及總部新建的建築整合太陽能，了解到最新的能源科技技術。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">機電工程署署長暨機電工程營運基金總經理潘國英先生, JP指出，在當前的發展中，除智能科技外，能源效益亦是重點關注領域。同時，潘署長分享了其團隊近日在醫療工程領域榮獲全國十大獎項的成果。此外，他還強調，機電署不僅在機電行業擁有豐富的科技應用經驗，於醫院科技與能源管理方面亦積累了不少成果，值得與博愛醫院進一步深入探討。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">博愛醫院董事局黃曉君主席感謝機電工程署署長及其團隊的悉心安排，讓一眾董事局成員有機會參觀機電署的新設施。她指出，機電工程在設施規劃、能源管理及智能系統方面扮演重要角色，並期望未來雙方能進一步合作，引入更多智慧科技，提升服務質素與營運效能。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">黃主席亦分享博愛醫院即將全力推展「博愛醫院屯門藍地長者護理及護養安老院舍項目」。目前項目進度理想，預計於2026年完工，並於2027年首季正式投入服務，提供超過1,400個宿位，博愛將致力打造其成為「智慧院舍」，加入創新樂齡科技及智能系統，包括院舍管理平台、人臉識別保安系統及物流機器人等，更會於大樓裝設太陽能板，以提升照顧效率、管理效能、能源效益等。在基層住屋方面，除了過渡性房屋「博愛江夏圍村」及「博愛昇平村」項目，博愛於上月成功獲房屋局批出柴灣常安街簡約公屋項目的營運和管理合約，這將是唯一座落在港島的「簡約公屋」項目，預計2026年第二季落成，提供約1,720個住宅單位，黃主席期望機電署能提供營運效能和管理方面的意見。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">未來，博愛亦計劃逐步重建部分舊有院舍，當中需要加入創新科技，例如導入節能設計及環保技術，提升設施質素和可持續性，期望在設計和技術層面，能獲得機電署的專業建議。</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: unset;" align="justify">隨後，一眾董事局成員更實地參觀了機電署與本港多所大學合作設立的「機電創科專區」，親身體驗產學研合作的最新成果；並考察新建的建築整合太陽能（BIPV）系統，深入了解其在綠色能源技術上的創新應用與卓越效能，為博愛醫院未來推動環保節能及智慧化發展提供了寶貴的參考。</p>
