為凝聚及加強街坊鄰里的互助關愛，深水埗東社區客廳會於不同節日舉辦共融活動，傳揚愛與關懷。為慶祝2026馬年新春，客廳特意在2026年2月6日（星期五）舉辦團年晚宴，讓街坊會員於「第二個家」共享賀年氣氛，共迎新春。

自家廚房飄香 共享「家」的團圓味
活動當天，客廳同事、會員及義工們紛紛化身大廚，為這頓溫馨的團年飯盡心盡力，烹調精美菜式。義工們於廚房忙碌的背影與互動，洋溢着喜慶的節日氣氛，也展現出街坊鄰里間樸素無華的親情暖意。這場別開生面的團年飯順利筵開五席，共吸引四十多位客廳會員歡聚一堂。參加者一起分享美食，閒話家常，樂也融融。活動中，招商局集團亦向參與會員致送賀年福袋，將新一年的期盼與祝福送到會員手中。

政商社協作成果 打造社區溫暖據點

歡樂熱鬧的團年飯，是來自政、商、社三方攜手的惠民成果。特區政府推出精準扶貧的重點項目「社區客廳試行計劃」，聚焦協助「劏房」戶改善生活質素。由博愛醫院負責日常營運的深水埗東社區客廳自2025年6月正式啟用，得到關愛基金資助，並獲招商局集團贊助場地、設備及裝修費用，為深水埗區「劏房」戶打造舒適的額外生活空間，並透過博愛醫院多年專業的社會服務經驗，為基層家庭提供社區支援。

博愛醫院將繼續善用其專業的社會服務經驗，透過社區客廳舉辦各類共融活動，讓這份來自社區的溫暖持續傳遞，照亮更多基層家庭的生活。

Smoking Cessation Program held a health talk, &#8220;Let&#8217;s Explore the Harms of Smoking and the Benefits of Quitting Smoking,&#8221; on July 3, 2025, at Bethel High School. The talk addressed the harmful effects of smoking and the benefits of quitting smoking, promoting health awareness among teachers and students.

The importance of quitting smoking and various methods of quitting, including nicotine replacement therapy, were emphasized in the talk. Through detailed explanations and Q&#038;A sessions, students gained a deeper understanding of the health effects of various tobacco products, including traditional cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and hookahs.

A game booth was set up to introduce the safe usage of medication as well as services provided by community pharmacy to participants.

Many residents actively participated in the game, enhancing their health knowledge while celebrating National Day.

PHARM+ Pok Oi Hospital Community Pharmacy joined the “76th Anniversary National Day and the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival – Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village Carnival” on 3rd October 2025. A game booth was set up to introduce the safe usage of medication knowledge as well as services provided by community pharmacy to participants.

PHARM+ Pok Oi Hospital Community Pharmacy joined the “76th Anniversary National Day and the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival – Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village Carnival”

超強颱風「樺加沙」逐漸逼近香港，預計為香港帶來狂風暴雨及雷暴天氣，對社會造成不同程度的破壞，風暴後的復原及善後工作將對社會各界構成挑戰。

為應對超強颱風帶來的影響，博愛醫院密切關注颱風動態及採取一系列緊急應變措施：

<li style="margin-top: unset;margin-bottom: unset;">安排突發事工支援隊（社工）當值候命；</li>
<li style="margin-top: unset;margin-bottom: unset;">救急扶危，發放緊急援助金予有需要的受災市民；</li>
<li style="margin-top: unset;margin-bottom: unset;">協助因房屋受到破壞、有緊急居住需要的家庭提供臨時居所；</li>
<li style="margin-top: unset;margin-bottom: unset;">發動博愛同事及義工協助支援；</li>
<li style="margin-top: unset;margin-bottom: unset;">聯繫相關政府部門及保持緊密溝通，提前預防及準備支援工作。</li>
</ul>

「博愛醫院緊急援助金」於1997年成立，旨在向遭受意外事故或災難而需要即時經濟援助的人士或家庭伸出援手，助其渡過經濟難關，緩解燃眉之急。博愛醫院亦會與政府部門緊密協調，為受災者及其家屬提供其他支援。
