Position Description
This position is responsible for orchestrating the collaborative development and resource integration of the Pok Oi educational institutions. The role involves the direct, comprehensive management of 5 kindergartens and the provision of professional support/governance and resource coordination for 3 secondary schools and 1 primary school. Through value-added services, the incumbent will contribute to enhancing the overall quality of Pok Oi’s educational services and achieving its strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Kindergarten Operations Management (Direct Management)
. Assume full responsibility for the daily operations, educational quality supervision, and safety management of 5 kindergartens.
. Lead the team of Kindergarten Principals, establishing and implementing unified quality standards and development plans.
. Oversee kindergarten budget execution and ensure the effective utilization of resources.
. Drive curriculum innovation and the development of teacher professional growth systems.
2. Primary & Secondary School Support & Coordination (Indirect Support)
. Provide professional support and resource coordination to 4 primary and secondary schools. While no direct reporting relationship exists, value-added services will be delivered to foster school development through:
. Coordinating the establishment of a Pok Oi organization-wide educational resource-sharing platform (e.g., teaching materials, training resources, information systems).
. Organizing cross-school teaching seminars, teacher professional development activities, and best practice sharing sessions.
. Coordinating unified Pok Oi brand activities, community engagement, and public relations matters.
. Providing data analysis support to assist schools in educational quality assessment and improvement.
. Promoting the piloting and scaling of educational innovation projects.
3. Strategic & Collaborative Development
. Assist in formulating the overall development strategy for the Pok Oi education sector.
. Foster educational continuity and cooperation between kindergartens and primary/secondary schools.
. Explore and introduce high-quality educational resources and partnership opportunities.
. Represent Pok Oi in external educational exchanges and collaborations.
. Enhance the teaching quality across the Pok Oi education sector.
Requirements:
. A recognized bachelor’s degree or higher in Education Management, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
. Minimum of 10 years‘ experience in education management, including at least 5 years in a senior school leadership role.
. Familiarity with Hong Kong education policies and regulations. Experience in operating both kindergarten and primary/secondary school settings is highly preferred.
. Exceptional cross-institutional coordination skills, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
. Excellent communication and written proficiency in both Chinese and English.
