We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Lam Tei Senior Manager. This role is required for our organization’s strategic initiatives, focusing on the development and execution of comprehensive service promotion strategies for Lam Tei Project, the largest Nursing and Elderly Home set to operate in 2027.  The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative promotional campaigns that not only elevate our brand but also generate vital support for our mission. We are looking for an individual with a robust track record in service promotion and marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead initiatives that foster exceptional customer experiences while maximizing fundraising opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Controller in the marketing and promotional aspects of the Lam Tei Project.
  • Create and execute comprehensive service promotion strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Identify and engage potential new donors, including individuals, corporations, and various foundations, and prepare funding proposals.
  • Perform market research to identify trends, assess community needs, and evaluate competitive positioning to guide promotional strategies.
  • Develop promotional materials and establish branding strategies aimed at enhancing service delivery and reinforcing the organization’s identity.
  • Address media ad hoc enquiries and manage special issues arising from the public.
  • Plan and coordinate fundraising activities and events to enhance public awareness and secure funding for the Lam Tei Project.
  • Compile reports and presentations for management to facilitate project development.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or public relations, preferably within the nonprofit sector or healthcare industry, and minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Responsible, with leadership skills, good interpersonal relationships, communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is preferred.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as manager.
