Responsibilities:
- Execute daily repair and maintenance works, as well as monitor building E&M systems performance and energy efficiency
- Plan, co-ordinate and review all repairing, maintenance and upgrading works/projects
- Prepare, issue, analyse and recommend tenders and quotations to carry out proper procurement procedures
- Implement the improvement work by (i) preparing specifications, drawings and designs; and (ii) handling safety and quality issues
- Prepare annual maintenance plan and oversee maintenance works
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants, utility companies, government departments and other parties concerned on progress of works in the Project.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of contractors
- Manage facility and maintenance issues with contractors and tenants
- Attend emergency calls after normal working hours are necessary
- Ensure compliance with relevant ordinances and regulations and/or available standard SOPs
Requirements:
- Holder of Higher Diploma/Certificate in E&M Engineering/ Building Services (E&M)/ Building Surveying or related discipline
- Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade: A/B)
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the field of property management will be a definite advantage
- Knowledge in E&M installation & maintenance work including MVAC / Fire Services / Plumbing & drainage / Electrical and builders Work / ELV system / Lift
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
- Knowledge in PC applications including MS Excel, Word and AutoCAD applications
- Responsible, independent, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure, with good communication skill
- Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) is also an advantage

- Candidate with less experience, will also be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
