Assistant HR Officer (Temporary)(Recruitment & Training Team)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to central recruitment & training team by offering assistance in recruitment activities, training coordination, and related administrative tasks
• Update and file employee records
• Assist to prepare HR documents
• Provide general administrative support
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Contract period: Dec 2025 – Mar 2026 (3 Months Maternity Leave Cover)

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, major in HR, various HR functions
• Minimum 3 years all-round HR experience including in recruitment and training, preferably in sizeable NGOs with knowledge of government subvention

The appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract basis.
