Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the daily operation of the Administration Department of YLDHC
- Provide administrative support for the staff records and assist in the preparation of the duty roster
- Provide administrative support for program activities and petty Cash reimbursement.
- Provide executive and logistic support to related committees, working groups and meetings
- Support for the procurement of materials and services
- Need to work on flexible hours and public holidays, if required
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- A Hong Kong recognized degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative work experience
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Competent skills in use of IT applications
- Excellent communication skills, well-organized, energetic and enthusiastic
- NGO experience and knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would be an advantage
