Community Health Practitioner(s)

Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare professionals in health assessments, education and training programs
• Support overall operation of Yuen Long District Health Centre (YLDHC)
• Support promotional and outreach activities
• Need to take on flexible hours and Saturday or Sunday duties on occasions
• May be required to rotate among various centres in Yuen Long

Requirements:

• HKCEE/ HKDSE pass with two aggregate years of working experience OR
• Diploma in Health Studies or Community Health Care or equivalent
• Fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate in Mandarin or languages of Ethnic Minorities will be an advantage
• Working experience in Blood taking will be an advantage
