Service Manager

The Lam Tei Nursing and Residential Home for the Elderly (“Lam Tei Project”) is scheduled to commence operations in the first quarter of 2027. With a capacity of 1,434 residential places, it will become the largest elderly residential care home operated by a single operator in Hong Kong. Responsibilities:

• Support the service planning, commissioning, and operational readiness of the RCHE
• Conduct resident assessments, case management, care planning, and ongoing follow-up to ensure person-centred care.
• Plan, organize and implement social programmes for residents
• Provide counselling and psychosocial support to residents and their families, and coordinate residents’ welfare matters.
• Collaborate closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality and integrated care services.
• Assist in service administration, quality assurance, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Social Work from a recognized institution in Hong Kong, with valid registration as a Registered Social Worker.
• Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in elderly services, preferably in RCHE, with exposure to service administration, programme management, or operational planning.
• Strong commitment to elderly care, with a proactive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.The appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract basis.
