Responsibilities:
- Assist in organising and conducting fundraising events and promotion activities, including sports events, charity sales, fundraising dinners, etc.
- Liaise with corporate and individual donors to secure event sponsorship, coordinate with government departments, sponsors, and volunteers
- Provide support to supervisors in compiling fundraising event proposal and information
- Provide administrative support including but not limited to application for government permits and issue receipts to donors
- Stock handling and delivery
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Multi-Media or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the field of event management, fundraising, promotion etc. is preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, responsive, well-organised and ability to work independently
- Good team player, able to work under pressure and enjoy outdoor work
- Proficient PC Skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required, hands-on experience using Photoshop is preferable
- Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Fundraising and Promotion Officer
