Assistant Education Service Officer (Six Months Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Offer administrative support to Pok Oi Hospital’s education service
• Assist promotion material for Pok Oi Hospital’s education service
• Organize meetings, preparing minutes and correspondence
• Liaise with schools, partners and others
• Support activities of Pok Oi Hospital’s education service
• Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Education or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in Education Service, preferably in sizeable non-government organization (NGO)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; Attention to details
• A good team player with a positive attitude

The appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract basis.
