Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Organise and execute major annual ceremonial events and communication initiatives
- Be strategic and proactively manage the content creation of corporate branding via various channels including website, social media, video etc.
- Develop and coordinate the organisation annual report and other corporate and promotional materials including press release and speeches
- Liaise with media and maximise positive media coverage
- Ensure regular and consistent reporting to the management in a timely manner
- Drive and execute any other tasks or projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Multi-Media, Digital Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the field of corporate communications, promotion, branding , digital marketing, publication and editing
- Proven experience in corporate writing, event management and stakeholder engagement
- Take pride in detail-oriented communication and trilingualism of English, Cantonese and Mandarin in both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skill to deal with different stakeholders in a pleasant manner
- Open-minded, self-motivated, well-organised and capable to handle tasks under pressure
