Account Assistant I

Accounting Assistant will be reporting to the Yuen Long District Health Centre Accounting Manager and working independently in the following areas:

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable function;
• Assist in month-end closing;
• Liaise with relevant parties and maintain accurate accounting records;
• Perform general accounting duties and administrative supports;
• Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• DSE Graduate
• LCCI Second Level Accounting or above
• At least 3 years relevant work experience in Accounting
• Good Command of both English & Chinese
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Self-motivated, good team player and interpersonal skills
