总护理统筹主任

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the provision and development of clinical services under the DHC Scheme.
• Plan and oversee the clinical team in DHC core centre and satellite centres, service points and outreach services as appropriate.
• Develop and liaise with the DHC Network; and serve as the nursing chief at the Centre, including health assessment/screening/education and other health-related services.

Requirement:

• A bachelor’s degree in nursing
• A master’s degree in healthcare
• Holder of a valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• 10 aggregate years of experience in nursing practice as a Registered Nurse and 5 years of relevant supervisory experience within the 15 years immediately prior to this application
• Applicant should complete either:

(1)    Post-registration Certificate Course in Community Nursing

(2)    Post-registration Certificate Course in Primary Health Care Nursing organised by the Institute of Advanced Nursing Studies

(3)    Post-registration Certificate Course in Primary Health Care Nursing (DHC module) organised by Hong Kong Academy of Nursing Limited

(4)   Equivalent Certificate Course or above
