注册护士(半职)

Responsibilities:

• Provide regular on-site visits to support Residential Care Homes
• Promote new collaborative programs to support RCHs
• Liaise with home staff and medical practitioners to provide on-site medical consultations in homes
• Deliver health talks and training to home staff or residents as required
• Monitor service delivery and collect feedbacks from community partners.

Requirements:

• Acquired professional qualifications registrable with the HK Nursing Council
• At least 5 years’ qualification experience in patient care related or community nursing practice as a Registered Nurse
• Fluent in Chinese, English and preferably, communicable in Mandarin
• Experience related to elderly or community services is preferable
