Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operation of Visiting Medical Practitioner Service in the New Territories West Cluster (including Yuen Long and Tuen Mun Districts)
- Monitor service delivery and deliverables to meet service objectives
- Provide regular visits to and communication with Residential Care Homes to collect feedbacks
- Liaise with home staff and medical practitioners to ensure on-site medical consultations are provided as scheduled
- Deliver health talks and training to home staff or residents as required
Requirements:
- Acquired professional qualifications registrable with the HK Nursing Council
- With 5 years or more in supervisory and managerial posts
- Experience in community or related services will be an advantage
- Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
