Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify family challenges and strengths
- Provide direct support and guidance, and offer immediate assistance in crisis situations
- Develop and implement personalized service plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
- Organize family support groups, provide direct support and guidance to family
- Organize workshops on parenting skills and resilience-building strategies
- Connect families with community resources, advocate for access to support services
- Collaborate with psychologists and educators to ensure comprehensive support to family
- Coordinate project activities, assist in collecting evaluation data, and raise mental health awareness within the community
- Contract will be ended on 12/2026
Requirements:
- Registered Social Worker with Diploma/ Associate Degree or above in Social Work recognized by Hong Kong Social Workers Registration Board for registration
- Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint is required
- Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic
- Proactive, well-organised, good team player and able to work under pressure
