Pok Oi Hospital Tuen Mun Lam Tei Nursing and Residential Care Home for the Elderly Project (Lam Tei Project) is located at 17 Fuk Hang Tsuen Road, Lam Tei, Tuen Mun.
With the generous donation of 100,000 square feet of land by the Lee Shau Kee Foundation, together with support from the Social Welfare Department Lotteries Fund under the “Special Scheme on Privately Owned Sites for Welfare Uses”, Lam Tei project has progressed smoothly and is scheduled to commence service in the first quarter of 2027. Upon completion, it will become the largest residential care home for the elderly in Hong Kong operated by a single organisation, providing 1,434 residential care places for local senior residents.
Guided by the core principle of people-oriented care, Pok Oi Hospital seeks to pioneer a new model of elderly care services by developing the Lam Tei project into a “Smart Elderly Home”, integrating advanced technology to support caregiving staff in ensuring the health and well-being of senior residents, the ultimate goal is to enhance overall quality of elderly care services that benefiting all stakeholders, including the senior residents, their families, and the caregiving staff.

The Charity Gala Dinner will bring top Chinese Chefs together from Hong Kong and abroad, alongside distinguished community leaders. In addition to raising funds for the Lam Tei Project, it will also celebrate and promote the culture of Chinese culinary.
All proceeds from the dinner will be donated in full to the Lam Tei Project, with all costs covered by the sponsor Bigline Fly High Charity Foundation.
