The Centre aims to promoting physical, psycho-social, and spiritual health needs of the elders;
To facilitate elders in making use of various community resources;
To promote a life-long learning by encouraging the elders to pursue continuing education;
To provide informative health talk and professional training to those interested in the subject and to empower elders with knowledge and skills that can help them maintain their health and well-being.Operation Hours
Mondays to Saturdays:
9:00AM – 1:00PM
2:00PM – 5:00PM

Individual membership: HK$25 / year
