The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) invited POH management team to share our experience in service development

On December 8, 2023, a guided tour was organized for a group of over 20 individuals, consisting of board members and executives from various non-governmental organizations, to visit our Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village. The tour included visits to different flats and service facilities within the village.

Following the tour, Mr. Terry Ng, our Deputy Chief Executive Officer, had a sharing session with the group, discussing how our management team considered various aspects in decision-making for the largest transitional housing project in Hong Kong, emphasizing good governance. The discussion delved into risk management and the sustainable development of the project.

This exchange activity provided an opportunity for our organization and other NGO partners to engage in mutual learning and collaboration. We look forward to future cooperation in service development and promoting good governance within our respective organizations.
