Pok Oi Hospital – Board Office (POH) organized a two-day CEO sharing session on December 18th and 19th, 2023, with the aim of providing colleagues with a better understanding of the CEO’s and management team’s governance philosophy, as well as the future development plans of POH. The CEO is dedicated to promoting communication among all team members, making sure that colleagues understand the strategic development plans for the various service areas within POH. This fosters a strong sense of unity and collaboration, facilitating collective efforts towards advancing the growth and progress of all services under the umbrella of POH. Moreover, the CEO actively encourages colleagues to express their opinions and concerns, recognizing that employee development and job satisfaction are of utmost significance to POH.
As we begin 2024, the CEO would like to share a joyful group photo from that day and extend warm wishes to everyone at POH for a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. The CEO eagerly looks forward to the collective endeavors in the upcoming year, as we strive to achieve the work goals discussed during this sharing session and drive forward the overall development of compassion within the organization.
